Everyone is very warmly invited to our Meet the Curate afternoon between 4 and 6pm on Sunday 20th September in Holy Trinity Church Elvington.
Our new curate is Rev Mike Beresford who a few of you may know already, as he has been involved in services in Elvington over the last couple of years.
A little bit of background about Mike – He is married and he and his wife have two adult children. Mike retired in 2024 after a career in engineering project management and more recently working for a Christian mission. He was ordained in June 2026 and serves across all the churches in the Rivers Partnership with a particular focus on Naburn and Elvington.
Do drop in for as little or as long as you wish and find out more about Mike, as well as introduce yourselves to him. Refreshments will be served.
